What happens with unused TON?
Most of the unspent TON from this amount will automatically return to your wallet after the transaction is completed. A small part will return after the rent is completed.

Is it normal?
This is a standard practice for transactions on the TON network and not only. The non-refundable part goes to network fees, not to the platform.
